Official Rules & Legal Terms for Our Fall Seed Giveaway

1. Organizer

The organization and management of this annual fall giveaway drawing is the responsibility of The Seed Guy ®, whose physical address is at 39 Evanton Drive, Bella Vista, AR 72715.

2. Participants

  • The drawing for this heirloom seed giveaway is open to everyone of legal age, 18 years or older.
  • Only those participants residing in the United States and Canada may enter to win free heirloom seeds.
  • Participants may only enter once per annual contest.
  • Only one participant per household.
  • The organizer's relatives may not participate in the non gmo seeds contest.

3. Drawing Mechanics

To the Participant:

  • No purchase is necessary to enter the fall seed giveaway, but while you’re here you might as well browse our full heirloom seed collection.
  • “Following” the organizer’s Facebook, Instagram, or X (formerly Twitter) page is not required, but would be greatly appreciated!
  • "Liking" the organizer’s social media giveaway post is also not required, but would be greatly appreciated!
  • "Sharing” the organizer’s post with fellow growers looking for free garden seeds online is not required, but would be greatly appreciated!

4. Participation Period

The participation period for the annual fall giveaway draw begins on Sunday, August 2nd, 2026, at Midnight CST and ends on Sunday, August 8th, 2026, at Midnight CST. Entries received outside this period will not be considered for the drawing.

5. Prize Package

The prize for this fall seed giveaway contest consists of high-quality organic heirloom seeds giveaway packages:

  • 1 (one) 63 Variety Heirloom Seed Package
  • 1 (one) 20 Variety Fall Garden Seed Package

The grand prize is personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for its cash value. Explore all of The Seed Guy ® seed packages on our main site.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be chosen randomly by the organizer using the Random.org platform from all participants who have met the drawing requirements. The winner will be announced on Tuesday, August 11th, 2026 through a post on Facebook, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter).

7. Communication with the Winner and Prize Delivery

The winner must contact The Seed Guy ® within a period of 24 hours from the date they are contacted and informed they are the winner and/or the date it is announced on the brand's social media profiles. In the event that such contact is not made within the stipulated period, another winner will be assigned.

8. Treatment of Personal Data

The personal data provided by the participants will be processed by the organizer in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data.

9. Modifications and Cancellation of the Draw

The organizer reserves the right to make modifications to these legal terms at any time, provided they do not harm the participants' rights. Likewise, the organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the drawing in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that make it necessary.

10. Liability

The organizer is not responsible for any possible damages, harm or injuries that participants may suffer during the development of the drawing or as a consequence of their participation in it. Likewise, the organizer is not responsible for the improper or fraudulent use of the prizes by the winners.

11. Social Media Notice

Note: Our giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta/Facebook, Instagram, or X (formerly Twitter). This giveaway can only be registered through The Seed Guy ® website.

12. Acceptance of the Legal Terms

Participation in the drawing implies full and unconditional acceptance of these legal terms. Failure to comply with any of the rules or requirements set forth in these legal terms will result in the participant's exclusion from the drawing.
