10 Variety Microgreen Heirloom Seed Package Planting Instructions:
1. Preparation: Microgreens do not require deep soil. A shallow tray (1-2 inches deep) with high-quality potting mix or a coconut coir mat works perfectly. Ensure your tray has drainage holes to avoid standing water.
2. Sowing: Spread your seeds thickly and evenly across the surface of the moist soil. Unlike garden vegetables, microgreens are grown close together. Press the seeds gently into the soil but do not cover them deeply; a very light dusting of soil is all they need.
3. Care: Keep the soil consistently moist by using a spray bottle to mist the seeds daily. Cover the tray for the first 2-3 days to maintain humidity until you see sprouts. Once they emerge, move them to a sunny windowsill or under a grow light.
