Quick Growing Specifications:

Days to Maturity: 90-100 Days
Planting Depth: 1/8" Deep
Plant Spacing: 1-2" Apart

Organic Flax Planting Instructions:
1. When to Plant: Flax likes cool weather. Sow seeds in early spring as soon as the ground can be worked.
2. Preparation: Select a sunny spot with well-drained soil. Flax doesn't like to compete with weeds, so ensure the seedbed is clean and clear before sowing.
3. Sowing: These tiny seeds should be sown shallowly, about 1/8 inch deep. You can broadcast them or plant in rows 8-10 inches apart.
4. Care: Keep the soil moist until the plants are about 4 inches tall. Once established, they are quite self-sufficient.
5. Pests and Diseases: Generally pest-free. Harvest the seeds when the seed pods (bolls) turn a golden brown and "rattle" when you shake them.
